This LOAD SENSORS technology has been applied to our complete range of weighing systems. The Eilersen weighing systems with LOAD SENSORS are developed and produced in our facilities in Denmark and Switzerland with extensive use of subcontractors. Our LOAD SENSORS customers are found worldwide among leading industrial companies and our dedication to technology, quality, and service on LOAD SENSORS has led to a very high level of customer loyalty. The Eilersen capacitive technology is based on an accurate and stable thick-film sensor, which is non-contacting and therefore totally unaffected by overloads, shocks and welding voltages. The force dependent parameter of the thick-film sensor is directly converted to LOAD SENSORS by a patented ASIC to a coded pulse signal which is transmitted through a RG58 coaxial cable to a digital load cell module where it is digitally compensated, calibrated, filtered and communicated to a number of interfaces. This setup of LOAD SENSORS results in unsurpassed flexibility, high data rates and allows for connection to a wide range of equipment and interfaces (PLC, PC, Display, Profibus, DeviceNet, CanOpen, Modbus, RS232, RS485, 4-20 mA).
